"I have." He answers smoothly, with meaning and with purpose in it. He has done this before, and it sounds like she has too only confirmed moments later that even if she has, she remembers nothing. All that she's saying is things he's already had to deal with world after world. If he could get back to that one specific place, maybe things could be different.

But, reality dictates and reality is as such. So as much as, for a fleeting moment, his eyes are on her in a softer light that already belies his body language which otherwise speaks volumes to the realization setting in. "You are the same, just not the same person." Shigaraki has to get himself out of this position, he really needs to and not just because she doesn't feel comfortable with him around, that part actually doesn't bother him. He's used to that, but because otherwise he might seem exactly opposite of what he does.

"Anyway, this is boring." It isn't, but he doesn't want to do this yet again. "I told you what I needed to. Unless you need me to threaten someone else, I'm going." Which is more consideration than he's given anyone else.

There's a tiny, brief moment, during the time their eyes meet, Ochako actually looks a little...sad? Not for herself, but mostly for him. Because she knows how rough it is to have someone you care about taken away so suddenly, without really having a chance to even say goodbye. That sort of thing happened in Nippon many times, it was a looming fear entering Trench, too - disappearing to another world and losing her best friend - but there's something way more brutal about meeting the person you thought you knew, only for them to be, well...he said it perfectly: the same, but not the same person. Ochako hums, just to acknowledge he spoke, but looks away. There's nothing she can say to that.

When he turns to go, Ochako hesitates, chewing on her lip. Heavens above, this is probably so stupid...and she shouldn't trust someone like him in the slightest sense, but. If there's even a remote chance, maybe--

"...No matter what, we're still gonna be enemies, huh? Nothing's ever gonna change that?" Ochako knows the answer, and yet she's still hopeful.

Shigaraki knows what kind of face she's going to make about it, too, and he isn't going to perceive it with his own eyes. No thanks. This is already enough for him and as he tries to extract himself from the situation, he can hear her voice even with his back turned. For a step or two he doesn't stop or acknowledge her. Stopping only after a good moment or two, he shoves his hands back into his pockets, shoulders rising and falling with a very obvious, maybe audible sigh.

"Don't be stupid." his voice is his usual gravel and grit, "You're the only one that thinks like that anymore. I'm not your enemy. Everyone else can make their own choices for me on what they are or aren't."

And, equally, there's a bit of a sigh on her side as well, because while the answer is what she expected - more or less - Ochako is still somewhat disappointed. Because the thing is, she's not exactly fond of being singled out. She can make her own choice, sure, and so can Shigaraki...but the fact remains that they're both a part of something. He's the Leader of the League, and she's a student of UA and a member of Hero Society. Their choices both effect the other people of what they're a part of.

"You're wrong," she says quietly, then turns to go herself, in a different direction. Not home, but away. "...So long as I'm enemies with any person in the League, I'm your enemy, too. And vice versa."

And that's just how it is, right? Their 'sides'. None of them is gonna switch sides any time soon, or perhaps ever, so the truth is the truth. They can be as civil as they want to each other, but the fact will always be hidden beneath the surface - they'll forever be each other's foe.

There's nothing like hearing something so hilarious that you can't help but let the smile creep onto your face and the laugh that comes with it. Even if dry and brief, it's truly funny to him to hear this from her mouth. "Yeah? What league? What heroes? Get over yourself."

It's harsh, but all the same the smile is still there and the amusement is still in his voice as he raises his hand to wave from behind, "I can find you with your quirk, so just go the regular way. Have a safe trip home~♪! Don't talk to strangers~♪!"

It doesn't matter what she says, or does, unless she tries to put her hands on him, he's done here. There'll be no more of this bullshit for him.
